Event Title	Cavan Hills Country Run
Event Description	Enjoy an exhilarating run or walk through the scenic Cavan countryside, then visit our hospitality tent for delicious treats. Event includes a 10K Run, a 10K Walk, and a 4K Run/Walk. Medals and prizes will be awarded, and all registered participants will receive a gift bag. The Cavan Hills Country Run is organized and hosted by St. John's Anglican Church, Ida, as a fundraiser in support of many local, national and international community projects

Start Time	Registration opens at 7:45 am. First race begins at 8:45am
End Time	Approximately 12:00 noon
Location	McCamus Farms, intersection of Stewart Line & the Winslow ¼ Line, 3 Km west of Peterborough County Road 10.
Trails Used	10Km Running race on Township roads. 10Km Walking race on Township roads. 4Km Run/Walk begins and ends on Township roads, and crosses through farmland and forest.

Registration	Pre-registration preferred at www.runningroom.com .  Race-day registration beginning at 7:45am at McCamus Farms site.
Fee	10Km Run or Walk:  $25.00 before Sept. 13;  $30.00 after Sept. 13 for Adults. 4Km Run/Walk: $20.00 before Sept.13;   $25.00 after Sept. 13 for Adults. Youth are $10.00:  any event
