Event Title	Burnt River Area Hike
Event Description	Celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Ganaraska Trail and explore the Ganaraska Trail in the Burnt River area.  This will be a challenging hike across rugged terrain with beaver dam crossings and some bushwhacking involved. Bring a lunch, snacks, lots of water (2 litres).  Hiking boots are required as well as some hiking experience. Rob will be your guide.

Location	Meet at Fowlers Corners Coffee Time at 7:30 am to carpool or in Norland at the traffic light at 9:15 am.
Trails Used	Ganaraska Hiking Trail, Kawartha Section.
Trail Activity	Hiking
For Whom	Experienced hikers.  Group size is limited to 25
Level of Challenge	Challenging.  Distance is 17 km.  Hiking time is approximately 5-6  hours.
