Haliburton Rocks! This hike offers a once-in-a-lifetime tour of undisturbed deposits of fluorrichterite, orthoclase, tremolite, actinolite, apatite and quartz. Hosts Sandra and Mark Bramham, will interpret the geological history and reveal the unspoiled beauty of this extraordinary site. Find out how the rocks and minerals below can influence the plants and trees above. This is a non-collecting tour, for viewing only – cameras welcome, hammers are not. Hikes start at 1:30 and finishes at 4:30pm |
