Achilles Rail Trail Relay

Event Description

The fourth annual Achilles Rail Trail Relay is 91.0 km relay that will take you from Kinmount to Lindsay to Peterborough through the glorious colours of autumn and along a gentle route designed to accommodate runners of all abilities. A great team event with emphasis on fun and safety for everyone. The Achilles Club of Peterborough is part of a worldwide organization that encourages people with and without disabilities to participate in running. Teams are encouraged to include at least one person with a disability.

Victoria Recreation Transportation Corridor from Kinmount to Lindsay; riverfront trail throughout Lindsay linking with Kawartha Trans Canada Trail  from Lindsay to Omemee and then on to finish in Jackson's Park, Peterborough

Level of Challenge

Competitive and recreational. A time adjustment will be permitted on two of the later “legs” to allow recreational participants to reach the finish before dark.

Admission Fee

The entry fee is $300 per team with a $150 deposit.
